Watches are sold as is without expressed or implied warranty. We do not guarantee the authenticity of individual component parts, such as wheels, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelets and bands. Past restorations or repairs may have resulted in the replacement of these parts. We do not guarantee that watches inscribed "water-resistant" or "waterproof" are currently water-resistant or waterproof, unless we indicate it in the description of the watch.

Returns:

Gold-N-Time offers a three day inspection/return privilege on all timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in the same condition you received it for a full refund (less shipping). Not under any circumstances, may an item be returned after three (3) days of receipt. If you would like to return an item within the 3-day inspection period, it is very important that you call or email us, so we will know to expect it. These terms are consistent with the guidelines set by the NAWCC.

Descriptions:

Excellent - Above average condition. Minor scratches may appear on case. No brassing on gold-filled cases. Very Good - Shows minor wear. Any restorations that have been made are of good quality. Dial may have minor discoloration or scratches. Case may have slight brassing or minor scratches. Good - Dial and case show signs of normal wear commensurate with age. Dial may have some scratches, peeling and/or discoloration. Scratches, brassing and/or minor dents may appear on case and lugs. Fair - Has had a harder life than normal. Dials may be very discolored or unattractive. Case will have brassing, scratches and/or dents; but, the movement is in good condition.
