The incidence of defects in our repair job  is low; however, there may be occasions when warranty work is necessary. In such cases, please return your watch to Gold-N-Time for service. In our experience, most warranty work requires only simple adjustments, but should more extensive repair be required, Gold-N-Time reserves the right to repair your watch how we deem necessary. Any service performed upon your watch outside of Gold-N-Time, without our authorization, will be at the expense of you, the buyer. In addition, unauthorized service will result in voiding the warranty of the watch.

Most vintage or pre-owned watches are quite durable. However, mechanical watches are more vulnerable to moisture, dust and dirt, and require daily winding or daily wear (if the watch is automatic). It is not uncommon for mechanical watches to lose or gain one to three minutes per week. There's no need to pamper your vintage or pre-owned watch, but strenuous outdoor activities such as gardening and sports while wearing it is not recommended.
