Laser Welding
With our magnificent laser welding machine (which is worth for probably same as your brand new Mercedes C series); we can make old parts, which they are not making by their manufacturer any more, we can fix the old parts and make it just as perfect as they made it years and years ago.
Laser welding is the ability to weld metals, using amplified light as the source, to produce the weld. Sounds complicated, but it is really quite simple. Laser-welding actually uses a specific wave length of light to accomplish the welding process.
The laser beam is very small (.2mm minimum diameter) and the heat zone is very minute. This allows us to apply heat in areas you normally wouldn’t with a torch, such as near gemstones, springs, enamels, antiques, old watch parts, etc. The weld is three times stronger then solder, and there is no fire scale, boraxing, pickling etc. Preparation work is minimal and clean up is with a rubber wheel and an ultrasonic.
